Flushing

We provide a unique flushing service for offshore and onshore applications using both conventional and our bespoke equipment developed to increase operating efficiency, reducing time and costs. Our equipment, coupled with our team of experienced engineers and technicians, enables SengS to provide an effective and highly economical service onshore, offshore and overseas.

Onsite certification of contamination levels to AS4059 and ISO4406 are carried out by technicians trained in manual particle counts using binocular microscopes or automatic particle count equipment.

Hydrostatic Testing

Our comprehensive testing facilities allow SengS to provide a complete service for the completion of hydrostatic pressure testing activities. From the provision of procedures, test packs, equipment and personnel SengS can provide a complete hydrostatic testing solution based on client requirements.

Test certification can be supplied with all appropriate materials, paper and electronic copies are kept on file, providing full traceability. Witness testing to your specific requirements can be arranged through authorised testing bodies such as Lloyds and DNV.
